We conduct monthly, quarterly and annual training to ensure our employees and consultants are aware of the ongoing changes in our industry.

Funding Sources

Wilmington Financial Group, Inc. strives to secure the best financing and/or capital programs currently available. A few sources we work with; FHA/HUD, USDA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Conduits, Insurance Companies, Investment Banking Firms, Portfolio Commercial Lenders, SBA. We require all our Funding Sources (except Banks and Government entities) to maintain high standards, which include but are not limited to, FTC Safeguarding Policy, confidentiality agreements, non-disclosure/non-circumvent agreements, and a cap on upfront fee for due diligence of $2500. Wilmington Financial Group thoroughly pre-screens our funding sources by utilizing a tested and proven "15 step investigation" process.
