This position is requires experienced communication and negotiation skills. 
 
Mandatory Qualifications:

1.  Bachelor of Science with concentration in Economics and Finance and Commodities.

2.  Minimum two years experience in Facilitating Commodity transactions.  With one exception: "Recent" Finance Grad(s)

3.  Great attitude is mandatory. We will not work with people that need to be motivated.
4.  Stable, honest and ethical business AND personal life.

5.  Numerous references. We will ask for Personal, Industry and Community References.
6.  Strong sales, business development, people and presentation skills are required.

Salary + Commissions

Varies upon the following:

 

a)   Past success

b)   180 Current production levels

c)   Level of Leadership ability
