Mandatory Qualifications: 
1.  Bachelor of Science with concentration in Economics and Finance

2.  Minimum two years experience in Large Balance Commercial loans,  SBA, USDA and HUD loans.

4.  Stable, honest and ethical business and personal life.

5.  3 Personal references, 3 Industry or College References, 3 Community References
6.  Strong sales, business development, people and presentation skills are required

Pay schedules vary and are based on, but not limited to:

 

a)   Past successes (we will average the past 3 years W-2, K-1, or 1099)

b)   Current production levels
